A simple workflow
This workflow is our own suggestion, not vendor documentation.
- Write your draft first, in your own words.
- Run a checker for typos and grammar.
- If the tone is off, ask an assistant to shorten or soften it, one paragraph at a time.
- Read the final version once more yourself.
- Keep a short list of phrases that sound like you.
Copy-paste starter prompt
Rewrite this paragraph to be shorter and warmer, keeping every fact and number unchanged: [paste]
Watch-outs
- Checkers can change meaning. Re-read before you send.
- Turn the checker off in fields with private data.
