- Gemini (Google AI plans and Google Workspace): Google AI plans include the Gemini app; check the plan page for research features.

A simple workflow
This workflow is our own suggestion, not vendor documentation.
- Write the exact question and what decision it feeds.
- Ask the assistant to cite sources and give links.
- Open the links yourself. If a claim has no link you can open, do not rely on it.
- Copy facts you will use into a note with the link and date.
- Call the supplier to confirm any price or term before you act.
Copy-paste starter prompt
I am deciding whether to [decision]. Find recent, citable sources on [topic]. For every claim, give the link. Mark anything you could not confirm as unconfirmed.
Watch-outs
- Assistants can state wrong facts with confidence, and can invent links. Always open the source.
- Do not paste confidential supplier terms into a consumer plan.
Before you paste real business information, read Before you paste anything into an AI tool.
