A simple workflow

This workflow is our own suggestion, not vendor documentation.

1. Talk through the task out loud and write rough bullets.
2. Ask the assistant to turn the bullets into a numbered checklist.
3. Do the task yourself using only the checklist and fix gaps.
4. Have a new person try it and note where they get stuck.
5. Employment and pay rules vary by state; check job posts and policies with a qualified professional.
