This page explains the rules for paid placements on AI Job Finder for Small Business, so anyone who asks knows them first.

How a placement works

• One text placement in the labeled box at the bottom of the page. The word "Advertisement" comes first, before the sponsor's name, in plain text.
• Format: Advertisement · sponsor name · one short factual line · the sponsor's web address shown as text.
• Flat fee for a fixed time. No pay per click, per sign-up or per sale.
• Sponsors cannot edit our pages, change which tools or jobs we cover, change the order of a list, or change any fact, price or watch-out we show. A tool does not have to sponsor to be listed, and sponsoring does not get a tool listed or change how it is described.
• If the sponsor is the maker of a tool we cover, we say so on that tool's page, next to the mention.
• No ad network, no tracking code and no cookies. Sponsors get no visitor data from us.
• Every sponsor is reviewed by a person before it goes live.

Affiliate links

Affiliate links are separate from sponsor placements. Any affiliate link added to this site is labeled right before the link: "Paid link: we may earn a commission if you buy through this link." It is also covered on the disclosure page. Affiliate links do not change what we write about a tool.

Who fits

Software and services that small businesses use, such as AI tools, office and design software, scheduling, bookkeeping and customer-contact tools. A company we cover can sponsor under the rules above.

Placement rules

Every paid placement is labeled "Advertisement", and any affiliate link is labeled "Paid link: we may earn a commission if you buy through this link." Ads must be truthful and not misleading, as the FTC's advertising and endorsement rules require. Advertisers are responsible for confirming that they may legally advertise in the places where their ad appears. We will decline any placement that the law prohibits or that is deceptive, such as "make money with AI" or income promises and "guaranteed results" claims that cannot be backed up, offers that claim to be official, health claims that are false or unproven, offers that collect children's personal information, or offers that state licensing or registration rules cover when the advertiser does not meet them (for example casino-play or sportsbook affiliate offers, loans or investment offers). We do not add sponsor tracking code, pixels or scripts to this site.
