A simple workflow
This workflow is our own suggestion, not vendor documentation.
- Write down your 10 most common questions and your real answers, including hours and prices.
- Build a chatbot from that text only.
- Test it with 20 questions including trick ones. Check every answer.
- Add a visible line: 'This is an automated assistant. For urgent matters call us.'
- Review its conversations weekly and fix wrong answers.

Watch-outs
- A chatbot that gives a wrong price or policy is still your statement. Keep answers narrow.
- Do not collect sensitive information in a chatbot.
